Website terms

The terms governing responsible use of IAMimpact Foundation’s public website and participation pathways.

Effective date: 24 July 2026

Using this website

You may use the website for lawful information, enquiry, application and registration purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, submit false or harmful material, impersonate another person, harvest information, or use automated systems to overload forms or services.

Applications and events

A submission, proposal or registration request is not a guarantee of volunteer placement, programme delivery, funding, partnership, admission or attendance. Eligibility, safeguarding, capacity, verification and event-specific requirements may apply. We may refuse or cancel participation where information is inaccurate, conduct is unsafe or circumstances beyond our reasonable control require a change.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, IAMimpact owns or is licensed to use website text, branding, graphics and resources. You may link to public pages and use reasonable excerpts with attribution. You may not imply endorsement, remove notices, reproduce substantial materials or use our name and identity for fundraising or commercial activity without written permission. Third-party marks, including SDG icons, remain subject to their owners’ rules.

Accuracy and external links

We aim to publish accurate information and will correct material errors, but content may change. External links are provided for context and do not mean we control or endorse every linked page. Nothing on this website is legal, medical, financial or professional advice.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, IAMimpact is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on public information, third-party services or temporary unavailability. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will first seek a good-faith resolution of disputes through written notice.
